I established Research Counts to provide practical support to corporate information professionals, accountancy firms and businesses via training, practical support and consultancy. I believe in the importance of research and my company name reflects this.
I have over fifteen years’ experience working in the information industry. I've established an information service at a small business advisory organisation and worked in various research-related roles in a large accountancy firm. My research experience has spanned quick enquiries, the commissioning of primary research and in-depth secondary research and analysis. I have a particular strength in the procurement of business research tools and review them for Free Pint magazine.
In delivering its solutions, Research Counts may sometimes collaborate with other information professionals to deliver the very best level of support.
Despite working in the information industry, my academic background lies in business and marketing. In providing training and consultancy services through Research Counts, I am able to draw both upon my academic background and my understanding of the needs of research professionals.
